Honey & oat cakes
250g unsalted butter
1 apple (finely chopped)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Melt the butter in a pan.
Stir in the honey, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Heat your oven to 170 degrees.
Transfer the mixture to a greased and lined ovenproof dish and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes, until firm and golden in colour.
Leave to cool fully before cutting into squares and eating
