Vegan Hot chocolate

This is super rich and indulgent. Perfect on a cold winters night.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 mug of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of soy milk
  • 1/2 a cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of dark coco powder
  • 25g dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar (adjust to taste)

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a pan and gently heat. The powder and chocolate will dissolve as the liquid heats.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and simmer for about 5 minutes.
