Perfect food for the coming party season. Try adding a little paprika, chilli or garlic for an extra twist.
- 150g cheese (grated)
- 50g butter
- 80g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
Cream the cheese and butter together. Don’t worry if its a lumpy mess.
Add the flour and salt and a small splash of water. Mix together to form a dough. Add more water if necessary.
Roll out to about 2-3mm thick and cut into strips. Give each strip a slight twist and place on a greased baking tray.
Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins, until crisp.
